How we rank OnlyFans agencies

Facts checked: 21 October 2026Last updated: 21 October 2026

We score every agency from 0 to 10 on six weighted criteria, using only what the agency publishes and what third parties show. Unknown is scored 5, never guessed.

The six criteria

The weights reflect what protects a creator when an agency relationship goes wrong. Revenue claims are not scored, because no agency can prove them in advance and most cannot be checked.

Account and payout ownership20%

If an agency holds your login or your payouts, every other promise depends on its goodwill.

Contract and exit terms20%

Notice period, exit fees and how commission is agreed decide what leaving costs you.

Scope of service20%

Most revenue for established creators comes from messages, so 24/7 inbox coverage, pricing and growth carry the weight.

Reporting and communication15%

Written, regular reports are the only way to check what an agency actually did with your account.

Content protection10%

Leaks hit established creators hardest; removal should be part of management, not an upsell.

Public verifiability15%

A named company, an address and third-party reviews let you check claims before you sign.

How a score is set

  • 9–10: stated clearly on the agency's own site, in terms that favour the creator (for example: login and payouts stay with you; 30 days' notice and no exit fee).
  • 7–8: stated, with a gap (for example: short notice, but the rate only on a call).
  • 5: not published. We do not punish silence below 5, and we do not reward it above.
  • 3–4: the service is missing or the published terms are weak (for example: no leak removal mentioned at all, no company or reviews findable).

The total is the weighted average, rounded to two decimals. Every score on every review page has a one-line reason.

Sources

For each agency we read its homepage, FAQ, about page, terms and Impressum where available, its Trustpilot profile (rating and number of reviews on the day we checked) and, where relevant, its company page. We do not use anonymous forum posts as facts, we do not invent reviews, and we do not publish revenue figures for agencies that we cannot check. Self-reported figures are labelled as such.

Disclosure: our relationship with White Door Management

Creator Agency Review is affiliated with White Door Management, the agency ranked #1 on this site. The people who publish this site have a commercial interest in White Door.

Because of that relationship we do not describe this site as independent or unbiased. Here is what we do instead:

  • The same six criteria and weights apply to every agency, including White Door.
  • Links to White Door are marked rel="sponsored". Links to other agencies are plain editorial links.
  • Competitor information comes from their own public pages and Trustpilot, with the date checked. Where we found strengths, we say so.

Corrections

If an agency's published terms have changed or we got a fact wrong, we will correct it and update the date on the page. Agencies can point us to the public page that shows the change.

FAQ

Do other agencies pay to be listed?

No. No agency on this list paid to be included or to change its position, and we do not sell listings.

How often is the ranking updated?

We recheck facts at least every quarter and whenever an agency changes its published terms. The current facts were checked on 21 October 2026.
