State of OnlyFans Agency Contracts 2026

What 29 OnlyFans management agencies put in writing about commission, contract term, exit, login, payouts and service, counted from their own websites and public registers. Evidence checked 1 November 2026.

How we rank: 16 criteria with published weights, scored only from what each agency publishes on its own website or in a public register. The quote, the link and the date sit beside every score; anything not published scores 0. No agency pays to be listed or for its position. Methodology

Q4 2026 update, data as of 1 November 2026. Every agency website was captured again and every number recomputed. What changed since October.

Key findings

Each line is a count from the evidence data; the agencies behind every number are listed in the sections below and in the data file.

  1. 14 of 29 agencies (48%) publish no commission rate at all; the split is only given on a call or in the contract.
  2. 15 of 29 publish a rate, but only 11 (38%) also say whether it is taken from net or gross earnings.
  3. Among the 14 agencies with a published full-management rate, the median range runs from 35% to 55%; the lowest published figure is 20% and the highest 60%.
  4. Only 8 of 29 (28%) state in writing that no commission is owed after the creator leaves; 21 say nothing about it.
  5. 19 of 29 say there is no minimum term, but only 13 publish a notice period and just 2 publish all four exit terms (no minimum term, notice of 30 days or less, no exit fee, no automatic renewal).
  6. 12 of 29 (41%) state that the creator keeps sole control of her login and two-factor codes; 5 disclose shared access and 12 do not say who holds the login.
  7. 11 of 29 (38%) state that platform payouts go straight to the creator's own account; 1 says they pass through the agency and 17 do not say where the money goes.
  8. 20 of 29 say leak takedowns are part of the service, but only 5 name a typical takedown time.
  9. 15 of 29 say who writes the messages fans receive; only 4 make an explicit statement about AI in fan chats.
  10. 21 of 29 name a legal entity, but only 6 publish name, jurisdiction, address and a register ID that a creator can look up.
  11. For 19 of 29 agencies (66%) the oldest public record (register, domain or web archive) is less than three years old; the median is 2.5 years.
  12. Transparency clusters: of the 15 agencies that publish a commission, 6 (40%) also rule out commission after exit; of the 14 that do not, 2 (14%) do.

What changed since October

We captured the 482 saved pages of the 29 agencies again on 1 November 2026 and compared them with the copies from 22 October 2026. The text changed on 156 pages at 16 agencies; most of those edits were navigation, blog lists or wording. 4 agencies changed a term counted on this page.

16 agencies moved in the ranking. Only 2 scores changed; every other move follows from them. The order is computed by the same rules as before (methodology 2.0).

Computed by a script from the October and November data; the October files are kept unchanged in the archive. A change counts only when a quoted term or a coded category differs. Full diff: changes-q4-2026.json.

Method and sample

We read the public website of each of the 29 OnlyFans management agencies in the Creator Agency Review index and the public company registers they point to. Every page we used was saved and identified by its SHA-256 hash; 387 verbatim quotes back the facts counted here. Evidence was checked on 1 November 2026.

  • What counts: a fact counts only if the agency publishes it on a page people can read, or a public register shows it. A term discussed “on the call” counts as not published.
  • Not published is not the same as “no”. An agency that does not publish an exit fee may or may not charge one. This study measures what a creator can check before the first call.
  • German-speaking market: a German-language site, a quote naming German service, or a seat in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
  • Agency age: the oldest public record (register date, domain registration or first web-archive capture). Founding years an agency states about itself are not used; records before 2016, when OnlyFans launched, are ignored.
  • Sample: the 29 agencies in our index, found through English- and German-language search results and agency lists, with deliberate coverage of the German-speaking market. It is not a random sample, and agencies that publish their terms may be over-represented. Percentages are shares of 29, so one agency moves a share by about 3.4 points.
  • Reproducible: the counts are produced by a script from the same evidence files that drive the ranking methodology (version 2.0).

Commission: who publishes a rate

14 of 29 agencies (48%) publish no commission rate at all; the split is only given on a call or in the contract. 15 of 29 publish a rate, but only 11 (38%) also say whether it is taken from net or gross earnings.

BeaconOFM, Bunny Agency, Lookstars, SirenCY

Among the 14 agencies with a published full-management rate, the median range runs from 35% to 55%; the lowest published figure is 20% and the highest 60%.

Published full-management commission, share of earnings

14 agencies publish a full-management rate. Median range 35–55%. Solid bar = net, outlined = gross or basis not stated, dot = flat rate. Chat-only and backend rates are not shown.

Why the basis matters: OnlyFans keeps 20% of what fans pay. 50% of gross is 62.5% of what reaches the creator, so a “lower” gross rate can cost more than a higher net rate.

Minimum term, notice and exit

19 of 29 say there is no minimum term, but only 13 publish a notice period and just 2 publish all four exit terms (no minimum term, notice of 30 days or less, no exit fee, no automatic renewal).

  • White Door Management: “A specialised partner provider checks for copies of your content every day and files the removal notices, so you never file one yourself.”
  • White Door Management: “About one week on average, depending on the platform.”
  • TalentGrow: “Automatic takedown systems search for your content under your creator name, 24 hours a day.”
  • TalentGrow: “Formal DMCA notices go to hosting providers and platforms within hours of a leak being found.”
  • Aruna Talent: “DMCA specialists monitor 500+ sites and file takedowns within hours of detection”

  • Fan Fusion: “Every fan-facing message is written by a human chatter. AI tools may help with editing and captions.”
  • Lookstars: “But AI is a tool, not a replacement for human judgment”
  • TDM Management: “When everyone shouted about AI chat, we stress-tested it across niches and threw it out for quality”

This is a correlation in a small sample, not proof of cause. It does suggest a practical shortcut: an agency that will not put its commission in writing is also less likely to put its exit terms in writing.

What creators should check before signing

  1. The commission rate in writing, and whether it is taken from net (after the platform fee) or gross.
  2. Minimum term, notice period, exit fee and automatic renewal: all four, in the contract.
  3. Whether any commission is owed after you leave, for how long, and on what.
  4. That you keep the login, email and two-factor codes, and how the team accesses the account.
  5. That the platform pays you directly, into your own bank account.
  6. Upfront, setup or tool fees: ask for a written “none”.
  7. Who removes leaks, how, and how long a removal typically takes.
  8. How often you get a written report, and a sample of one.
  9. Who writes to your fans (people or AI), in which languages, and how your boundaries are enforced.
  10. The legal entity, its register ID and address, and look it up yourself.
